By redcing the Display size , you can minimise the overall Size and FormFactor of the smartphone. There by these minimum tweakings WE can expect the display at increase in optimisation.
–Nmber For , The Quality– So instead of a powerfulat onething like processor , we can expect well optimised smartphone ,
like –type-c port, fingerprint scanner, well optimised os, good looking (better optimised) Display, Better processer –not only good at one thing like gaming , but also To give better user experience in all aspects, like Opening and Closing APP time , smoother UI– Hmm.
And last but not least –the Battery, cameras and RAM and ROM–
Well as you expect i prefer better optimised —rather than Higher in mAh— also Single and well optimised CAMERA with good amount of MegaPixels , for both Front and Rear .
And the RAM and ROM , RAM needs to be optimised rather than giving 4GB to increase the price . ROM can’t expect too much 64GB is ok’ish , with little faster.

For better ix In —- Dispaly – —- Battery – —- Overall size of the – smartphone – —- Processor , not only for – one thing, instead for – overall smooth – experience.
They may possile, because budget phone means various types of people will buy From kids to elders .
So for all sake optimisation is far better than large screen display ,High mAh battery and more cameras also big FormFactor.
